YES, you can absolutely change tiers at any time! Send and email to WTMMPodcast@gmail.com stating your current tier and the tier you would like to be switched to. As long as you do this before the last few days of the month, Adjustments will be made in the next billing cycle!

No matter when you begin your payment, PayPal eventually adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month.  For Annual Plans you’ll be invoiced and your year of membership will begin as soon as the invoice is paid . Materials will always go out on the 2nd! You have access to the Slack community 24/7.  If you want to end your monthly membership (and be sure that you’re not billed for the following month), be sure to cancel through Paypal before the last few days of the month.

Yes!  We use PayPal subscriptions and they function like any other subscription service, PayPal does offer a function to pay with credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account.

Annual programs are invoiced electronically by Dana directly.  Should you decide to change your plan, there are a few options:

• Email WTMMPodcast.com and let us know which tier you would like to switch to!  Then, you will receive a new invoice for your desired tier MINUS your investment from the previous tier.  Your new YEAR at that tier begins when that payment is complete (not when you began your first tier).

• OR  (if you have paid for an annual tier but want to switch to month to month) you will be refunded your remaining months worth of value, and you can take a month to month of any other tier through PayPal!

For any monthly subscription you can cancel your membership directly in your PayPal account. If you signed up for annual, or paid without a PayPal account contact us here — Even if you cancel in the middle of the month, you will keep access to all of the materials until the beginning of the next month (UNLESS, you would like to process a refund, which you would do via email to this address, I would refund you immediately, and you would then lose access to the materials)
